A group of 4 went to Trio to try their Vaughan Flavours dinner for $45. Our experience was average. There could have been better communication between the server and our group. We waited a long time for the entrees. The salad and dressing were bland. The risotto and linguine were very tasty. The berry tart was delicious. The lava cake did not have a runny core which was disappointing. We liked the roominess and decor of the restaurant. Unfortunately I don't think that we will return.

We discovered this restaurant because it was close to work. Patio season is now opened, and we really enjoy watching the sunset outside :) Service is friendly and courteous, and always checking in on us to make sure we have everything we need. Some food recommendations: Trio Starter Platter - choose from 3 of 5 items, the coconut shrimp was lovely! Charcuterie Board - really enjoyed the variety of cuts and cheeses - the dijon mustard and mixed berry jam were a very nice touch!

I had dinner with my family at Trio Restaurant, and our reception food came from here as well. The meals were priceless. Everything was cooked well, and we had a wonderful waitress, Sheila, who went above and beyond. She came at just the right time whenever we needed anything and asked if we needed anything else. She accommodated our requests and made all our family feel comfortable. This was almost my third time trying the food from this restaurant. I highly recommend it when you want something special for your occasion.

The staff here were considerate, patient, and humorous. The atmosphere is laid back, and overall enjoyable. However, I found that the food took a bit longer than expected. That said, it was really good. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience!

Fantastic food and a beauty spot. Had a quick bite before a wedding, but told them that and took almost 30 minutes to get a charcuterie board. Also didn't get the second item we ordered, which we had to cancel assuming it also might take 30 min. Again, understand that it's tough to hire right now and most of the staff seamed newish.

Pretty good food options, was told the chicken entree is halal. Hit or miss with the food, sometimes it comes exceptional and other times it’s average. Depending on the night sometimes the servers let you eat and not check in on you which I don’t mind unless something is needed in which case you have to walk to the bar to let them know. Connected to the hotel so the ambiance is okay. Overall solid restaurant

Awesome food, excellent coctails and top-notch hospitality. It's not an average hotel's food. The ambiance is really nice. This is my 2nd visits. I was extremely satisfied with everything.and the price is so reasonable. Will definitely come back.
